When will my Order ship?

The Estes goal is to ship all web orders within 3 business days of receipt. Note: if a holiday falls on a Friday or Monday, it may take an additional day to ship.

Orders made utilizing Purchase Orders will be shipped within 7 days of receipt of the Purchase Order. Remember, if you are tax exempt, to include a copy of your Tax Exemption Certificate.

Orders that include rocket motors can take up to 21 business days as they have to be shipped via ground transportation.

Orders that include engines MUST be shipped via ground transportation. 

Depending on the size of the order, rocket motors way be sent separately from other items.
