Returns\Refund Policy

All items, except rocket engines, can be returned within 30 days. The return shipping expense is the customer's responsibility, unless Estes requests the return due to a incorrect shipment by Estes.

Products being returned must be unopened and in their original packaging to be eligible for refund.

Refunds will be issued to the same payment method used for the purchase (Credit Card or PayPal).
