Sales Tax on Orders

Estes is required to collect sales and use tax for purchases made in a number of states. Orders are accepted with the understanding that such taxes and charges shall be added, as required by law. Where applicable, Estes will charge sales tax unless you have a valid sales tax exemption certificate on file with Estes. Estes will not refund tax amounts collected in the event a valid sales tax certificate is not provided. If you are exempt from sales tax, you must email your sales tax exempt certificate to service@estesrockets.com or fax a copy of your sales tax exempt certificate to Estes — Fax: 719-372-3419.

Except as otherwise noted, prices shown do not include any federal, state, district, city or local taxes, or any other taxes or charges imposed by any government authority. In states where Estes is not required to collect and pay sales tax, the purchaser is obligated to self-report and pay the sales and/or use tax to the purchaser’s appropriate state and/or local Department of Revenue.
